We support businesses in the Hull and Yorkshire areas as well as clients in London and across the UK. Our friendly UK-based support team can work remotely and site visits are carried out when necessary.

At the top of our agenda is investing in equipment internally that can offer our customers a better outcome with a faster fix time and quality result.

Our founder, Paul, started his career in IT whilst serving in the Royal Navy on both ships and nuclear submarines. He expanded his expertise into industry and created Hallbeck IT over ten years ago. The team now consists of desktop and field engineers mainly working from the innovative Ergo Centre at the Bridgehead Business Park in Hessle, East Yorkshire.
